RUSH JOBS - Our standard turn time to ship out is 7 working days. Calculated shipping is UPS Ground. Additional charges will apply for faster service. We welcome your rush jobs.. and we can make your due date...Award King charges a $50.00 rush charge or 50% whichever is greater.

ART CHARGE / SETUP CHARGES - Every order will have a $50.00 dollar setup charge.This is to convert your art and to setup our machines. We do engrave for FREE!

ACCEPTABLE ART - We accept most files for logos: .cdr, .eps, .ai, .tif, .jpg. We need camera ready art work with resolution of more than 300 dpi. We will work with you to get a great etching, try not to scan a logo from a napkin or letterhead.

Shipping Policy

Award King turn times are within 7 working days from approval of art. Rush jobs, and any order that is below the 7 working days will have an extra charge for shipping. All shipping, insurance and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.Any damaged shipments must be reported to the shipper immediately to insure that the insurance will cover any damaged goods.

Award King utilizes UPS for delivery of most orders. Local customers can pick up orders during normal business hours, and local delivery is available to some parts of Austin.
